Late arrivals after 7:00 p.m. must make prior arrangements with the Innkeeper.
A 50% credit card deposit is required at time of reservation but is refundable
up to seven days prior to the reserved date with a 10% service fee on total booked. Notice given two to seven days ahead will permit the guest to change reservation dates with no penalty, but the deposit is non-refundable with
less than 48 hours’ notice. The deposit is applied to the last night’s stay.
The total room cost will be billed for last-minute cancellations and for “no shows.”
